BAMBIRAPTOR

Evening, folks and another FLUX has bedazzled (and possibly frazzled) your ears, and all other orifices this week.
Apologies for the earliness this week- much to your confusion the show was at 2pm, not the usual 4:30, as I wanted to go home, bed fed and have a wash!
This week I was grimy, hungover, and fairly nonsensical as I took you through the usual features of DINOSAUR of the week and guess the pokemon. The dinosaur this week was the ineffable Bambiraptor, whilst the Pokemon was Zubat (a really easy one guys).
This week, the winner got an AMAZING HANDCRAFTED MASTER HAT, so seriously, read up on your pokemon knowledge guys, the prizes only get better.

My lovelies. And show THREE of the term!
Today I talked about dressing up as Bender from Futurama, embarrassing myself by punching the air and shouting 'HALF PRICE! YES!', in a queue for paninis, Velociraptors, my addiction to Diet Coke, and the best thing I ate this week; a HUGE WHOPPING PLATE OF HOMEMADE NACHOS.
So, reet. Dino of the week was Velociraptor, and the pokemon was Goldeen (took your time guessing, though, UP your GAME)!

Hey-ho the dilly-o, I'm back!
It's me, Katie, and if you're on this page you've hopefully either listened or are intending to listen to the beauty that is FLUX.
I'm back for a second term with a REGULAR SLOT, yes ladies and gentlemen I shall be gracing the interwebswaves between the hours of 4:30 and 6 of a Friday afternoon.
This week there was talk of houmous, the archaeopteryx, Biffy Clyro, and another Guess the Pokemon (this week it was Machop, try again next week if you think you're hard enough eh??)
Stay tuned folks, it's going to be a hell of a journey.

Did you ever get deja vu? That sensation when you know something has happened before, the exact same thing, and it just makes sense. The feeling that all the factors added up to bring you to that exact moment in time, of RIGHTNESS?
Listening to the first FLUX has been known to bring about such feelings.
Hello folks, welcome to the FLUXblog, or the Flog if you like. I'm Katie, and judging by the fact you're reading this, you may have listened to/ be planning to listen to my radio extravaganza, FLUX. It's all for you, you know! FLUX is like an out-of-body experience, it's a chilled out astral projection of great music, delivered with love. I'm trying to demonstrate my love for the music through the medium of soundwaves. I hope it resonates with you.
This week was my first week all on my tod, but I really enjoyed it! Topics up for discussion were varied, including what people's shoes can tell you about them, leggings custom-made for bird smuggling, and the philosophy of the summer barbecue. We had some scorching tunes from the likes of Bright Eyes, Bedouin Soundclash and the Cure, amongst others. Listen again next week!
