So it's coming up to Valentines day and if you're anything like us Faux Pas (Fox Pass) lads then you will hate Valentines day. So in your honour we are going to blast some tunes at you. Sadly though, they are romantic songs. Fortunately they are awesome.
We hope you all have someone to cuddle up to this coming Tuesday. But if not, then never fear, Faux Pas is here to be that shoulder to cry on, maybe even that guy who has always been there and hidden his feelings away to preserve your friendship...

Hey guys and a belated welcome back to the world of the 2012 and the end of the mayan calendar!!!! (DUN DUN DUN), this year promises to be even better than the last with some great new music, terrific chat with James, Chris and Nat and even less nudity. Stay tuned and it will all come good!
A new dawn...

Hello all, and welcome to our first blog of the year! Bit slow on the uptake on this, but hey ho (let's go).
We've been going four weeks now, and everything seems to be running smoothly, bar Nat either being smashed or concussed. We've decided every week a theme will be in place, with each of us selecting approximately 3 songs under that theme. To keep you guys updated, the previous themes have been these:
First Show: The Mix. General stuff liked by all of us.
Second Show: Depressing Tunes. Music to hang yourself to.
Third Show: 90's Music. Mix of Alt Rock, Brit Pop and Cheese.
Fourth Show: Female Singers. A nice range from Fever Ray to Ladyhawke to Portishead.
To coincide with it being the 1st of December today (eek), we've decided this weeks theme is WINTER SONGS, so stuff that either references winter or feels generally wintery. Expect some Arcade Fire, Fleet Foxes, and a few left field choices.
On top of this, James has been doing a new music feature of the week, where he recommends some nice stuff to listen to that's pretty new. He'll be posting the links to our facebook page after each show, so I'll give a link to that.
Think that's all for the moment, so back to my palaeontology essay. See you at 6!
